Following the wrap party of "Suicide Squad", the Harley Quinn depicter, Margot Robbie, had an interview with New York Daily News. In the interview, she opened up that she was up for a Marvel role, almost playing Sue Storm in "The Fantastic Four".

Robbie said that it was the script which made her think that the project was not really perfect for her and she eventually lost the role to Kate Mara. "I didn't really resonate with the script, and I haven't seen the movie, so I don't really know how it turned out different from the page. But I had a great meeting with the director [Josh Trank] and I really enjoyed that. I guess it's part of the game: Sometime you win some, sometimes you lose some," Robbie said.

Considering that the "Fantastic Four" reboot was a massive flop, Robbie might have been grateful because her upcoming film "Suicide Squad" seemed to be more amazing. At the screening of the first footage at Comic-Con in San Diego, fans got totally excited and Robbie's Quinn stole the show.

During the interview, the star of "The Wolf of Wall Street" also shared her experience working with other big stars in "Suicide Squad" including Jared Leto. She admitted that Leto's look as the Joker initially scared her. "At first it was kind of confronting [to be up so close] but now I'm so used to it, I think if I ever saw him out of makeup now I would be really confused," Robbie shared.

Robbie found herself scared by Leto even more when she saw him without makeup. "Actually, I saw him out of makeup once and I was actually petrified of him. I was too scared to go up and didn't know who that person was, and when he got back into his makeup I was far more comfortable," she recalled.

"Suicide Squad" features Robbie's Quinn who joins forces with other DC supervillains for a covert mission. They are recruited by the government to accomplish the mission in an attempt to gain clemency. "Suicide Squad" also stars Will Smith, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Scott Eastwood, Ike Barinholtz and Adam Beach. It is slated for a U.S. release on August 5, 2016.
