AceShowbiz - Newly single Miranda Lambert knew how to mend her broken heart, by having girls night with fellow singer Shania Twain. The twosome, both are divorcees, shared a hug at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Friday night, July 31 after Twain completed her show at the venue as part of her "Rock This Country" tour.
Lambert, who was one of the concertgoers, shared from her seat a shot of Twain on her Instagram and captioned it with "Shania Twain. Fringe Saddle. That's All. #nashville #girlsnight #rockthiscountry #badass #musicismedicine." Twain, meanwhile, posted on her account a photo of them sharing a warm hug and smile. "Girls night, love seeing you! #RockThisCountry," read its caption.
Lambert had her divorce to husband Blake Shelton being finalized by a judge in Oklahoma in July, just hours after they publicly announced their separation. The couple who ended their union after four years of marriage said in a joint statement, "This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
