As filming on "The Huntsman" is underway, new on-set photos of the film have surfaced. The photos feature Charlize Theron who reprises her role as the villainous Queen Ravenna, and gives a first look at Emily Blunt as Ravenna's sister, Snow Queen.

The cast and crew of the prequel to "Snow White and the Huntsman" were spotted in Wells, England, filming a funeral scene for the upcoming movie. In the photos, Theron looks malicious wearing black from head to toe. She sports black maxi dress with a black-gold spiked crown atop her wavy blond hair.

Meanwhile, Blunt looks cool sporting silver long hair which is half tied-up. She wears matching silver flare skirt with long-sleeves shirt over a silver vest. Also spotted on the set was the armored armies and their black horses which gave gothic vein to the film.

The film, in which Chris Hemsworth reprises his titular role of the Huntsman, is directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, with Joe Roth returning to produce. It also brings back Sam Claflin as William, Snow White's love interest. Other stars in the line-up are Jessica Chastain, Nick Frost, Sheridan Smith, Rob Brydon, Sam Hazeldine and Alexandra Roach. As of now, the plot details of the film are still kept under wraps. The film is slated to hit theaters in the U.S. on April 22, 2016.
