"The Real Housewives of New York City" star was rumored dating the "Modern Family" actor after they were spotted hanging out together on several occasions. The Bravo reality TV star first met the Emmy winner in April at the CAA upfront party.
Frankel, 44, split from husband Jason Hoppy in 2012 after two years of marriage. They share a 5-year-old daughter named Bryn. Before tying the knot with Hoppy, the SkinnyGirl founder was married to Peter Sussman from 1996 to 1997. They have no child together.
