Marvel's "X-Men" series has already got some solo movies including two which focus on Wolverine and Gambit, but there is no plan yet to make a Storm movie. While talking at the panel for CBS' series "Extant" at San Diego Comic-Con, Halle Berry admitted that she desired to make a solo movie for Storm.

Berry, who played the weather manipulating mutant, was asked whether she would do a Storm movie. The 48-year-old actress expressed her enthusiasm for the possible film, "In a heartbeat. In a heartbeat I would do a Storm movie. I love that character through and through." She said that she would definitely be on board to play Storm if the movie came before she's too old. "So if that ever became an opportunity for me if it's before I'm 65 years old I would absolutely do that," Berry explained.

Berry also said that Fox should expand the franchise and she hoped that fans would speak up for the Storm-centered movie. "Well, I think they should do it. If the fans want that the fans need to speak up and I'm sure it would be a possibility. If Fox felt like they could make money off of a Storm movie I'm sure they would do it. fans to speak up," Berry said.

Berry first appeared as Storm in 2000's "X-Men" as one of Professor Xavier's students and a member of the main X-Men team. She continued to play a major role in "X-Men 2" and "X-Men: The Last Stand". She took an eight-year break before appearing in 2014's "X-Men: Days of Future Past".

In other news from X-Men universe, director Bryan Singer shared a video from the set of "X-Men: Apocalypse". The video shows a massive destruction in front of a giant green screen. The 15-second video also features a big helicopter. Some fans noticed a man wearing a blue cape, who is believed to be Apocalypse, in the background of the shot.

Set to take place a decade after "Days of Future Past", the film features James McAvoy as Charles, Michael Fassbender as young Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Raven/Mystique, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Nicholas Hoult as Hank/Beast. It is slated for a release in the U.S. on May 27, 2016.
