The British singer plays an acoustic version of Fetty Wap's biggest hit to date while he hangs out with The Roots at the backstage of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'.

AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran once again shows that he can sing anything. After wowing everyone with his take on heavy metal songs by Iron Maiden and Limp Bizkit as well as a rap track by Ty Dolla $ign a few days ago, the British heartthrob covered Fetty Wap's hit "Trap Queen" at the backstage of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon".

A video from the performance was shared on the late-night show's YouTube channel on Thursday, June 4. As seen in it, Sheeran was joined by the member of The Roots while he turned the street anthem into an acoustic guitar-driven ballad.

"Trap Queen" is currently sitting at No. 2 on Billboard Hot 100 and has so far peaked at No. 2 on the chart. Fetty Wap has given Sheeran's cover his stamp of approval as he retweeted the video posted by both the singer and the Jimmy Fallon-hosted show on their respective Twitter.
