Ben Stiller is still mourning his mother Anne Meara's death. The 49-year-old actor took to Instagram to pay tribute tribute to her on May 26, one day after his tribute post on Twitter.
Ben posted a black-and-white picture of her mother when she was young. She appeared smiling and looking away from the camera. The "While We're Young" actor praised her mother in a caption for the picture and said that he missed her. The caption read, "My mom Anne. She was an extraordinary person. Miss her."
In addition to her late mother's picture, he posted a picture of sunset. He captioned it, "Rome now..." The sunset picture showed bokeh effect to the waterdrop on a car's window with sunset and traffic in the background. The picture seemed to express his feeling of loss at that moment. He has has been in Rome, Italy, filming "Zoolander 2".
Anne Meara died at the age of 85 on Saturday, May 23. Ben was in Rome, Italy, filming "Zoolander 2" when his mother passed away. Two days after her passing, he shared with his followers on Twitter a post to pay tribute to her mother and thank fans for their support.
