After the divorce in 2009, Kate Gosselin had primary custody of her children but recently her ex-spouse struggled to get full custody of the 11-year-old Hannah.

AceShowbiz - Jon Gosselin is reportedly seeking custody of his daughter, Hannah. He learned that the 11-year-old girl was traumatized by her mother's cruel behavior towards her.
While having a visit on April 23, "she said she didn't want to go home to her mom [Kate] because she can't take the cruelty anymore," a source told In Touch. As the 38-year-old father was concerned about her daughter, he filed a report to Berks County Children & Youth Services and took emergency custody of Hannah.
As Kate Gosselin couldn't accept her daughter being taken away, she went to Jon's house to take her back. "She showed up at Jon's house and stood in the street screaming for Hannah to come home, but she wouldn't leave. Then she called the cops on Jon and made claims about him," the source added.
The feud between the two seemed to get worse. "Jon will be filing a petition to modify custody, and if he gets it, he'll be contacting TLC to put a stop to filming [Kate Plus 8]. Hannah doesn't want to film, but Kate is making her and she's not the only child who has no interest in being on the show," the source continued.
However, there was no clear explanation why Jon sought full custody of Hannah only. After the divorce in 2009, Kate had primary custody of the eight children and her show, formerly named "Jon and Kate Plus 8", was then renamed to "Kate Plus 8".
Kate has been accused of being abusive to her children for several times. The 40-year-old mother was accused of hitting her kids to the point of leaving marks on their bodies in 2010. In 2014, Children & Youth Services conducted an investigation of her being allegedly abusive towards one of her kids, Collin. Later on, the investigators claimed the allegation was unfounded.
