Disney's live-action "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" has announced two new actors who join the cast. Ewan McGregor and Stanley Tucci have closed the deals to take part in the film.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, McGregor will portray Lumiere, a French maitre'd in a castle ruled by The Beast/Prince (Dan Stevens). Meanwhile, a report from Variety says that Tucci will star as Cadenza the grand piano, a new character who is described as a neurotic maestro.

McGregor and Tucci will join other cast members such as Emma Watson who will portray Belle, Luke Evans who will play the vain villain, Gaston, Josh Gad who will star as Le Fou, Gaston's buffoonish and loyal sidekick, Ian McKellen who will play Cogsworth, and Audra McDonald who will star as Garderobe.

The movie is directed by Bill Condon from a script written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and rewritten by Steve Chbosky. It is set for a release on March 17, 2017 in the U.S.
