Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald are expecting their first baby together. The stars of "19 Kids and Counting" confirmed the happy news on Tuesday, April 21, saying to PEOPLE that the little bundle of joy would arrive this fall.

"We're expecting!" Jessa told the news outlet. "We are so excited. The due date is November first, our wedding anniversary." Ben added, "We are looking forward to being parents."

Although it's the TLC star's first pregnancy, she found it easy. "I am feeling pretty good," Jessa continued. "The morning sickness was different every day. It's getting better, but I'm still hanging on to the heartburn. And I don't have any super serious food cravings."

Jessa, whose pregnancy enters second trimester, said that she took the pregnancy test on a Sunday before church and showed the result to Ben. "We couldn't believe it. I said, 'Hey Ben, guess what? Yeah, you're a dad,' " she recalled. "We are so excited. We have started talking baby names. It is one of those things that is so special, picking a name for a baby."

Jessa and Ben previously stated in public that they planned to adopt kids and now the plan would never change."Our hearts haven't changed on adoption," Jessa claimed. "We are still making plans."

"Even before we were married, we wanted to adopt," Jessa previously told the magazine. "We hope to adopt a lot of kids. If God blesses us with biological kids of our own, it's not going to quench our desire to adopt."
