A flock of stars attended the New York City premiere of "The Divergent Series: Insurgent" held at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday, March 16, including its leading stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James. The co-stars who happened to wear matching black outfits posed together for photographers and were all smiles. They were joined at the event by the book series' author Veronica Roth.

Fellow actor Ansel Elgort who stars as Caleb in the fantasy-adventure flick was also seen in attendance. He looked sharp wearing grey suit combined with dark-blue tie. In a red carpet interview with E! News, he gushed about his recent 21st birthday bash. "I had a birthday party with all my family and friends at a house and Chipotle catered, it was beautiful. Then we all got on the party bus to Pacha in New York City and then Ansolo deejayed, and I am Ansolo by the way, and we had a crazy party and it was a lot of fun and that's it," so he recalled.

Also spotted attending the premiere was actress Ashley Judd. The screen beauty looked stunning wearing floral gown with purple orchid shade. She was joined on the red carpet by co-star Miles Teller. In addition to those actors, there were the likes of Jai Courtney, Rosa Salazar, Maggie Q, and Suki Waterhouse among the film's cast who made it to the premiere.
