AceShowbiz - JWoww and her fiance Roger Matthews are set to get married on October 18 in New Jersey. The former "Jersey Shore" star announced the happy news on her blog on Thursday, March 5.
JWoww wrote, "I have huge news to share and I have been waiting for this moment to finally celebrate it with my fans-the ones who have been there from day one rooting for me and Roger. Well it's finally official! Roger and I have picked the date to say our 'I Do's!' Here is the Save The Date for our October 18th wedding!"
"As you know our love has grown so much over these past five years and I couldn't see myself growing old with anyone else! Our first baby Meilani Alexandra Mathews has only strengthened our bond and brought us closer," the reality star, who just turned 30 last week, continued, "I am looking forward to expanding our family once we tie the knot and continuing on this wonderful journey together... So join me in celebrating yet another magical time in my life as I wed my best friend, the love of my life, and the father to our angel baby."
JWoww shared on Instagram a picture of her wedding invitation. "Save the date!!! Here comes the bride!! @rogermathewsnj and I officially picked the date!! special thanks to @alexandrialindo for designing this masterpiece!!! More details on my blog Jwoww.com!!" she captioned it.
JWoww told Us Weekly of her upcoming nuptials, "I didn't have a vision going into this I just knew that I wanted to marry Roger and am so excited to finally have a date set. I am so excited to be planning the wedding of my dreams."
She revealed she would invite most of "Jersey Shore" co-stars while her BFFs Snooki and Sammi Giancola would serve as her bridesmaids. "Meilani is going to be my flower girl," she added.
JWoww and Roger got engaged in 2012 after two and a half years of dating. At that time, Roger proposed to her with a huge diamond ring during a skydiving session. "I look over and see a hand-written sign: 'Jenni, will you ... ' and then I turned to him and freaked out," JWoww recalled, "The whole time I'm screaming, 'What are you doing? What's going on?' He's like, 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you! Will you allow me to?' "
