Michael Phelps is taking his relationship with girlfriend Nicole Johnson to the next level. The Olympian swimmer and his new fiancee announce their engagement with Instagram pictures that see the bride-to-be showing off her new ring.
The athlete who becomes the most decorated Olympian of all time with a total of 22 medals wrote, "She said yes," while his soon-to-be-wife gushed, "I'm gonna be a Mrs. @m_phelps00."
