Bruce may face harsh charges as Los Angeles District Attorney has requested police who are investigating his fatal crash to turn over their findings.

AceShowbiz - Bruce Jenner may face harsh charges as a result of the fatal accident involving him in which a motorist named Kim Howe was killed. According to Radar Online, Los Angeles District Attorney has requested police who are investigating Bruce's case to turn over their findings. The report came after police obtained a video which allegedly showed Bruce smashing both the Lexus and the Prius.

"The DA's office has been in contact with investigators handling the Bruce Jenner crash, and have indicated that once it's turned over to the office, the Major Crimes Division will be reviewing it," a source told the site, "Bruce could be facing either misdemeanor or felony involuntary vehicular manslaughter charges because of the death of one of the drivers in the crash."

The source added, "The fact that Major Crimes is going to be involved could be very troubling for Bruce as it's the most elite branch of the DA's office. Only the best and brightest in the office are assigned to Major Crimes. These are very seasoned prosecutors that are extremely experienced in handling high profile cases. The case is still weeks, if not months away from being formally turned over to prosecutors."

In a previous report, Bruce allegedly was no longer talking to investigators. A source told Radar Online that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, who had promised to cooperate with cops during the investigation, turned down a request for a formal interview with authorities.

"Investigators have reached out to Bruce, and his attorney, Blair Berk, requesting a formal sit down interview," the source shared, "Those requests have been turned down, and it doesn't appear that Bruce will doing any interviews with cops at this stage of the investigation."

The source added, "Bruce's accident reconstruction expert is still doing their work, and it's expected they will be presenting the findings at the conclusion to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Bruce is hunkering down and not talking to anyone except for his attorney."

Interviews with other drivers involved in the accident were "being scheduled, and there have been ongoing interviews with other witnesses. The other drivers haven't indicated they are unwilling to talk to cops," the source said.
