AceShowbiz - Stevie Wonder was honored with a tribute concert featuring performances from several contemporary artists. The Grammy-sponsored event called "Songs in the Key of Life - An All-Star Salute" was taped last Tuesday on the heels of the 57th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles before airing on CBS on Monday night, February 16.

Those names taking part at the concert included Beyonce Knowles and Ed Sheeran. The R&B diva, whose appearance was unannounced, excited the crowd when she opened the show singing Wonder's 1963 hit "Fingertips". She was later joined by previously-announced performers Sheeran and Gary Clark, Jr. for "Master Blaster" and "Higher Ground".

Lady GaGa's performance was also the highlight of the event. The singer covered "I Wish" while playing the piano in front of the crowd packing the Nokia Theater.

Other acts who got to honor the iconic musician by covering his greatest hits were Ariana Grande, Pharrell Williams, Janelle Monae, John Legend and Ne-Yo among others. After teaming up with Beyonce, Sheeran took the stage solo later that night for "I Was Made to Love Her".

Wonder also performed at the concert, playing a medley of songs including "Contusion", "Sir Duke", "You Are the Sunshine of My Life", "Ribbon in the Sky", "Overjoyed" and "Superstition". He then brought the show to an end with a star-studded performance of "Happy Birthday". All the performers returned to the stage and clapped their hands alongside the musician.
