One day after Jake Gyllenhaal was reported to have turned down an offer to play Rick Flag in "Suicide Squad", new casting reports regarding the movie emerged. According to the reports, Joel Edgerton, Jon Bernthal, Joe Manganiello and Gary Sinise are linked to some roles in the DC villain movie.
Cinema Blend reports that Edgerton ("Exodus: Gods and Kings") and Bernthal ("Fury") are among stars who are eyed to replace Tom Hardy as Rick Flag. Manganiello ("Magic Mike"), meanwhile, is circling the role of Deathstroke. Latino Review's El Mayimbe also shared a scoop regarding the movie, writing on Twitter that Sinise ("CSI: NY") is reportedly in talks for General Eiling role.
