AceShowbiz - Mark Ronson celebrated the U.S. release of his new album "Uptown Special" with a performance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". The British DJ brought along Bruno Mars to perform their collaborative hit single "Uptown Funk" in the Tuesday, January 13 episode of the show.
While Ronson did his thing behind the turntables, Mars who donned a hot red blazer over a white T-shirt paired with a cap and black glasses first sang the track in front of the audience before walking onto the stage where host Ellen DeGeneres briefly joined them to show off some dance moves.
"Uptown Funk" is currently sitting at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100. It serves as the lead single off Ronson's "Uptown Special" which he dedicated to the late Amy Winehouse. The DJ had several times worked with the singer prior to her death in 2011 due to alcohol poisoning.

On Tuesday, Ronson posted on Twitter a message saying, "For some reason, the dedication section was left off my album printing. I'm sure they'll fix it for the future, but for public record... This album is dedicated to the memory of Teenie Hodges and DJ Mehdi."
"And to Amy Winehouse - although I wish you were still here, I'm always thinking of you, inspired by you and your music lives on in myself and everyone who ever felt it," it continues.
