The Star-Lord of 'Guardians of the Galaxy' movie does not rule out the possibility of him guest starring on the ABC series 'if it made sense for the brand and for the story.'

If "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." ever needs extra help from Star-Lord to fight against HYDRA, they just need to ask. Chris Pratt has expressed his willingness to reprise his "Guardians of the Galaxy" role on the ABC series if it's needed.
"I wouldn't rule it out," he tells Zap2it about what he would say if he's asked to guest star on "The Avengers" TV spin-off. "Marvel would have to decide, but if it made sense for the brand and for the story, yeah, sure."
Pratt, whose TV series "Parks and Recreation" will complete filming the final season in mid-December, thinks it's possible for a "Guardians" and "S.H.I.E.L.D." crossover. "What's pretty neat about Marvel [is] the mythology exists across all mediums - comic books to films to television," he explains. "It's one giant universe so it's not beyond the realm of possibility."
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on ABC. Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders are among "The Avengers" stars who have made appearances on the show, and Hayley Atwell is set to guest star as Peggy Carter before her own series "Marvel's Agent Carter" debuts in midseason 2015.
