Charlie Sheen is being sued by a dental technician named Margarita Palestino after he allegedly threatened and assaulted her during a visit last week. In her complaint filed on Friday, October 3 at Los Angeles County Superior court, Margarita claimed Charlie threatened to kill her and grabbed her "left breast area."

Margarita was assisting Drs. George Bogen and Jaime Azdair when Charlie visited the place along with his bodyguard and assistant. She said when she put a nitrous oxide mask on Charlie, he "ripped off the mask and jumped out of the chair, causing the dental instruments to fall to the floor." The "Scary Movie 3" actor "then yelled 'I'm going to f***king kill you' " to all people in the room.

Margarita said when she continued trying to put the mask on Charlie, he "grabbed her left breast and pulled her scrubs, then grabbed her bra strap and tried pulling it down."

Margarita also claimed Charlie threatened Jaime with a knife and began stabbing the dental chair. She said before Charlie and his entourage left the place, his assistant offered her $500 for her troubles.

According to the suit, George told Margarita that Charlie "was 'high' on a combination of crack cocaine, Theradol, and alcohol" during the incident.

The complaint said, "As a direct and legal cause of [Charlie's] wrongful and intentional conduct, [Margarita] suffered and continues to suffer physical injury, pain and suffering and mental anguish"

Charlie's lawyer Marty Singer told TMZ, "This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit."

Charlie's representative previously denied the allegations. The dentist also allegedly backed Charlie's story. According to law enforcement sources, the dentist told police during an interview on Thursday that Margarita lied and there were no claims of drugs and knife attack.
