The former 'Desperate Housewives' actress announces her engagement on 'The Queen Latifah Show' while promoting her Broadway show 'The Trip Bountiful'.

Vanessa Williams is set to walk down the aisle for the third time. The former Miss America, 51, is engaged to boyfriend Jim Skrip. She flashed her new ring and announced the happy news during a taping of "The Queen Latifah Show" Friday, September 26 which will air next Tuesday.
"Vanessa, I have been trying to have a conversation ladies and gents, but I'm blinded by the light coming from that bling ring on your finger," Queen Latifah joked during a segment with Williams and her "Trip Bountiful" co-stars Blair Underwood and Cicely Tyson. "Is there something that we need to know around here?"
The former "Desperate Housewives" star blushed as she said, "Oh sorry darling. I got engaged." She added, "I have had a lot of good things happen. I turned 50 when we were in rehearsal on Broadway, I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago. It has been a lot of blessings on this trip."
Williams has two daughters and a son from her first marriage to PR consultant Ramon Hervey. She also has a daughter Sasha with her second ex-husband, former NBA player Rick Fox. Of her soon-to-be third husband, she once said, "He was in real estate and, back in the day, he was an accountant."
