The 56-year-old actress takes to Twitter to announce her wedding to Shiva, who is the inventor of email.

AceShowbiz - Fran Drescher gets married to her email inventor boyfriend, Shiva Ayyadurai. The star of "The Nanny" tweeted on Sunday, September 7 a picture of her and Shiva along with the caption, "Surprise!!!!! We got married!"
Fran's representative told people that the couple got married at their beach-front home in front of an intimate group of very close friends and family. The "Happily Divorced" star wore Badgley Mischka while the groom donned Ralph Lauren.
Shiva first met Fran a little over a year ago at an event hosted by Deepak Chopra. He recently told Huffington Post, "I was speaking on sages and scientists-in fact, talking about innovation and the fact that we need to more universally look at the models of innovation. Fran heard my talk and we fell in love, and we've been together since that talk."
He continued, "Every day is a celebration with Fran. Every day is almost a romantic hangout with her. We're always laughing, always enjoying ourselves."
This is the second marriage for Fran who was previously married to Peter Jacobson. After separating in 1996, the couple got divorced in 1999. Peter later came out as a gay to her.
