AceShowbiz - DJ Pauly D, who recently revealed that he is a father to a baby girl, reportedly is in custody battle with the baby's mother. According to a TMZ report, Pauly thinks that his baby mama, who goes by Amanda, is not a fit mother.
Pauly apparently thinks so because Amanda is only 25 and she has another child from previous relationship. He also points out the fact that Amanda once worked at Hooters. Therefore, he submitted some documents to seek some level of custody of their daughter.
The report also alleges that Amanda asks for child support. Pauly agrees to support the child financially, but he reportedly feels that the baby's mother takes advantage of her position. A photo obtained by the celebrity news site shows a baby girl who is said to be Pauly's sitting in a high chair covered with $100 bills.
On October 22, the former "Jersey Shore" star revealed that he had a daughter with his former fling. The baby is now 5 months old. "I'm proud I'm a father. I am excited to embark on this new part of my life," he said.
"I'm so happy for Pauly. Definitely a shock to all of us, but we know Pauly the best and he's going to be an amazing father. He's so loving and caring. I can't wait for Lorenzo and her to play!" Snooki said in a statement after learning of the baby news. JWoww added, "Holy s**t I just heard! I'm so f**king happy for him I just texted him. Crying! He's going to be the best dad ever!"
