The co-host of 'The Talk' says that Jay called her immediately after she revealed their fling, saying that it's 'amazing' how they had found love of their lives.

Viewers of "The Talk" were surprised when the show's co-host Sharon Osbourne revealed on Monday, September 9 episode of the show that she had short-lived romance with Jay Leno before she got married to Ozzy Osbourne. In the next episode, Sharon said that the late-night talk show host called her after the revelation.
"As soon as the show was finished he called me," she told the show's audience on Tuesday. "He said, 'Isn't it amazing that...we were both single and we both found our love of our lives and we both got the longest marriages in Hollywood?' "
"It's not like it's a dirty little secret," Sharon said on Monday before going public with her story. "When I was 25, I just moved to America. I didn't know many people. I had met my husband, but we weren't together. We were just friends. I didn't have a boyfriend. I never did date a lot at that time, anyway, because I was not very dateable."
Sharon went to a club where Jay was performing and she loved his show. They later kept chatting on the phone and apparently developed romantic feelings. "One thing led to another," Sharon added. "He came to my house and met me and then we had a little fling. The fling was more fling for me and not fling enough for him."
Jay fell in love with another woman. "A couple of months into it he brought around the real love of his life for me to meet. She was lovely and they took me to Fat Burger and they showed me around town. They were so kind to me and continued the friendship over the years," she said. When asked if the sex was good, Sharon admitted that she did not remember. "It was so long ago!" she explained.
