'So You Think You Can Dance' Crowns Season 10 Winners, Gets Season 11 Order

Judge Nigel Lythgoe announces the dance competition show has been renewed for an eleventh season before they reveal America's favorite male and female dancers.

AceShowbiz - Every dance on "So You Think You Can Dance" season 10 has come to this, which was the coronation of the winners on the Tuesday, September 10 finale. But before the big announcement was made, the top four, Aaron Turner, Amy Yakima, Jasmine Harper and Fik-Shun, were joined by the rest of the top twenty for a group dance choreopgrahped by season 2 finalist Ivan Koumaev.

Permanent judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy as well as guest judges Paula Abdul and Adam Shankman then revealed their favorite dances of the season, with the contestants reprising the routines. In between the dances, Lythgoe broke the news that "SYTYCD" had been renewed for an elevent season. "Fox [has] commissioned Season 11!" he declared.

After the encore dances, host Cat Deeley announced DuShaunt "Fik-Shun" Stegall as the male winner of this season. "This means everything to me. I'm so happy, everybody! I couldn't ask for anything more," he said while fighting back tears of happines.

Amy Yakima, who was Fik-Shun's frequent dancing partner on the show, was then declared America's favorite female dancer. She was equally emotional and there were a lot of hugs as the confetti fell.
