Older sister Ireland Baldwin gives her baby sister Carmen Gabriela a list of advice from her experiences through the years.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin is now proud father of two daughters. His wife, yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, has just given birth to a healthy baby girl. "We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela. She is absolutely perfect," the first-time mom tweeted Friday, August 23.
Carmen joins half-sister Ireland Baldwin, Alec's daughter from his previous marriage to actress Kim Basinger. "Welcome to the world, Carmen! I'm a f**king sister!" the model greeted her newborn sibling. "I was born October 23. Carmen was born Friday, August 23."
Ireland also wrote a lengthy letter to give a list of advice to her baby sister of how to deal with boys and navigate through high schools and teenage years. She additionally shares what's best to do when having argument with the parents, and reminds her sister to always pick her friends carefully.
"I'm not sure where exactly to begin," she started. "There are so many things I want to tell you, though it is best that you discover those truths on your own. There are countless lessons that I want to teach you, but I have faith that you will learn a majority of them on your own journey and they will help you grow."
"Though, I do want to take this opportunity to share the little knowledge I do have on a few things. You will eventually make your own decisions, but hopefully you will listen to and use the knowledge I have gained from my past experiences and from the results of my many mistakes. Here is a list.
