The fiancee of Eric Johnson is selling her house after moving into a new house formerly owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

AceShowbiz - Jessica Simpson puts her Beverly Hills home in the market for a reported $7.995 million. The pregnant songstress seems to think that there's no point for her to keep her old home, now that she has a new place to live with her growing family.
The home she wants to let go is a 5,500-square-foot custom-built which has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It features a walled and gated stone courtyard leading to a koi pond, and a family room opening out to a park-like area and swimming pool.
Jessica has moved with her fiance Eric Johnson (II) and their daughter Maxwell into a house which formerly belonged to the Osbourne family on the other side of the town in Hidden Hills, Calif. She is currently expecting her second child, a baby boy.
