Skills determine the results. After weeks of struggling to learn dance techniques, Sean Lowe's chance to prove himself on "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom is eventually over as he got eliminated on Tuesday, May 7's results show.

He initially vowed to improve his skills if "Jesus grants me a solid" and allowed him to advance in the show. After learning that he was voted off, he was still grateful for his time on the show.

"I have enjoyed every second," he said, as his fiancee Catherine Guidici proudly watched him on the audience seat. "I truly am blessed to have taken part in this with all these stars. I'm still just a normal guy from Dallas. What an incredible opportunity!" he added, while his partner Peta Murgatroyd praised him as "the most humble, most wonderful guy."

Kellie Pickler & Derek Hough and Jacoby Jones & Karina Smirnoff were also put in jeopardy that night before they were deemed safe. Commenting on Len Goodman who gave her 7 point for her paso doble with Derek and Tristan MacManus, Kellie simply said, "Everybody likes their coffee different."

Meanwhile, Zendaya Coleman who got the first perfect score on Monday danced an encore with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Jason Derulo sang "The Other Side", and Emeli Sande performed "Next to Me".

Next week, the remaining teams will return to the dance floor. Kellie will dance a Flamenco, Jacoby will dance a Lindy Hop, Zendaya will dance a Hip Hop, Ingo Rademacher will dance a Charleston and Aly Raisman will dance an Afro Jazz.
