Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne insist that their marriage is perfectly fine. A representative for Sharon slams the rumors that the couple, who has been married for 31 years, is heading for divorce after they decided to live separately while their house in Beverly Hills is renovated.

"They've both got huge work commitments. She is at the hotel for work and he is starting his Black Sabbath tour. Of course they row but they are still together," Sharon's rep says, claiming that the host of "The Talk" doesn't have any problem with her husband. "Sharon and Ozzy have spent long periods of time apart before when she was working in the U.K. The marriage is not on the rocks."

The rumors about the couple was getting a divorce began swirling after both of them were seen without their wedding rings earlier this week. Recently, Sharon also took to Twitter to say that it was a tough year for her. She wrote, "I've had a really tough yr & I ask myself the same question, how I can get up every day & smile."

It worsened when their house got renovated, Sharon chose to stay at a hotel which was located a couple miles away from the mansion rented by Ozzy. "They are living at different addresses and not spending any time together. They row a lot," a source said. "They aren't acting like husband and wife. It is unusual to not even have dinner together when both of them are five minutes apart."
