Justin Bieber jetted off to Mexico with Selena Gomez to celebrate New Year together, after spending Christmas apart with their respective families. Upon their arrival at the tropical country, the on-off couple posed with a female fan separately.

"Time for a little relaxation," Bieber recently tweeted, without mentioning where he's heading for the much-needed getaway. "Chillin with friends on vacation." He later posted pictures of his shirtless self hanging out in a sunny place with exotic trees in the background.

The Canadian pop star also gave a look at his new tattoo in two other pictures. The body art is not actually new. It's an upgrade of his old tat on his calf. It's a picture of Jesus before praying hands were added and flowers were recently etched around the bottom.

Before Christmas, Bieber and his girlfriend joined Taylor Swift and Harry Styles hitting the slopes in Utah. After the double date, they went their separate ways with him flying back to his home country of Canada and her returning to Los Angeles.

"I hope everyone has an amazing day filled with food and family. Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!!!" she tweeted. She went to Universal Studios Hollywood sitting front row during the Jurassic Park ride and wearing a yellow waterproof jacket to prevent her from getting wet when the ride plummeted down the waterfall.

She also posted a picture of her with "Grinchmas" cast at the Studios. "Perfect ending to the holidays taking my cousin Sophie to see #grinchmas @unistudios #family," she gushed.
