LeAnn wore a black satin tuxedo suit with dramatic plunging neckline and arranged her hair in a loose bun. The mishap happened when she reached down to adjust her shoe while navigating through the crowded room. Her hubby followed closely behind her.
Just a few days earlier, Anne Hathaway had gone through the embarrassment for accidentally flashing her private parts to the camera. The brunette, wearing a dress with thigh-high slits, had wardrobe malfunction when exiting her car to make her way to the red carpet of "Les Miserables" premiere.
