Jennifer Lopez has become the center of attention for a possible wardrobe malfunction at the 84th Annual Academy Awards. On Sunday, February 26, the estranged wife of Marc Anthony sent the Twitterverse abuzz with a debate whether or not she had a nip slip when presenting Best Costume Design and Best Makeup alongside Cameron Diaz.
It wasn't clear if the 42-year-old singer did suffer the malfunction while onstage, but Bravo honcho Andy Cohen tweeted, "I spy J-Lo's aureole! It's not gonna get more exciting than this tonight." The search for truth about the incident has even spawned a Twitter account by the name of @JlosNipple, which already has more than 1,000 followers.
Lopez came to the event held at Kodak Theatre in Hollywood & Highland Center wearing a custom Zuhair Murad gown that features a plunging neckline and cut-out sleeves. The "On the Floor" hitmaker, who was not accompanied by boyfriend Casper Smart, finished off her glamorous look with Ferragamo clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
While her nip slip is still up for a debate, the songstress who will be seen in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" failed to pull off a joke with Diaz during their stint. The two turned their backs to the stage and looked over their shoulders when presenting the first trophy, but quickly broke into laughters.
