The Situation Denied Swindling Contract Money
Celebrity

The reality star denied any wrongdoing, saying the contract with clothing company Serious Pimp was 'completed'.

AceShowbiz -

A botched clothing deal between The Situation and apparel company Serious Pimp has ended up in a lawsuit. The "Jersey Shore" star is sued by the company for taking their money and not completing his end of bargain.

Serious Pimp claimed Situation, real name Michael Sorrentino, agreed to promote their T-shirt line for $25,000 in advance. He was supposed to spread the word about the clothing on his Facebook, Twitter and other social media. He and his brother also had the right to approve T-shirt designs. Sorrentino took the money but reportedly never did as agreed and vanished.

In his defense, Sorrentino's representative said that the contract was upheld and there was nothing to dispute. "All terms of the contract with Serious Pimp were completed and there is nothing further to discuss," the rep told E! Online.
