Lupe Fiasco and Trey Songz shared the stage of Gibson Amphitheatre at the 20th Annual MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, June 5. The two male artists teamed up in "Out of My Head", a duet they recorded for Lupe's latest studio album "Lasers".
First, it was Trey who took the stage. He wore a stylish white shirt, jacket and fashionable jeans, appearing from an elevated platform below the stage. The camera then zoomed to the sidestage door where Lupe emerged from the back in a black leather jack, jeans and shirt.
Soon after the joint performance introduced by Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy was finished, Trey withdrew from the stage, leaving Lupe to continue catering the star-studded audience. He performed "The Show Goes On" with some help from singer Sarah Green.
The other musical guest at the Golden Popcorn-giving event was Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl and his bandmates rocked out the live show with their latest single "Walk" which music video dissed Justin Bieber and Coldplay.
