The gig will be held at Point State Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and staged as a free concert. The event will be conducted before the game between XLIII Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers and the Tennessee Titans is kicked off at Heinz Field.

This concert will be hosted by Seth Meyers of the "Saturday Night Live".
