Rumors are mounting on the street, claiming Katy Perry and Benji Madden are new lovers after they've been seen cuddling at Lavo.

Rumors have been mounting that Katy Perry and Benji Madden are dating. The speculation surfaces after the two music stars were spotted cuddling over the weekend.
On Saturday, February 14, Katy helped celebrating Valentine's Day with a performance at Hard Rock Hotel's Wasted Space in Las Vegas. It was after her show there that she was seen heading for Lavo with the companion of Benji.
At the hot spot, "the two conspicuously cuddled throughout the night, later prompting one observer to sense 'some chemistry there,'" People reports. Benji, who was doing his DJ duty, "even danced for Perry during several songs - and at those rare times when their hands weren't on each other's legs," the weekly publication reveals further.
As of press time, there hasn't been denial or confirmation issued by either Katy or Benji regarding the dating reports. Their people also have not yet given their comment.
Prior to the dating rumors, Katy Perry dated Gym Class Heroes frontman, Travis McCoy. Their relationship ended late last year after nearly one year together.
As for Benji Madden, he previously became talk of the town due to his romance with celebrity socialite Paris Hilton. They began dating in February 2008, but broke up in November the same year.
