Expected to give birth to her first child with actor husband Alexis Denisof in the spring, Alyson Hannigan told US Weekly on Tuesday, January 27 that she quits being a vegetarian. "I basically went from being a vegan to ... now it's meat and cheese," she revealed.
Sharing about her pregnancy craving, the actress admitted she craves ginger ale. She even told the publication, "Apparently, my mom craved ginger ale when she was pregnant with me! Maybe it's a hereditary thing. But, yeah, I didn't eat any meat or cheese before - now I have to."
In related news, Alyson Hannigan also confirmed that contrary to rumors on the street, her real-life pregnancy wouldn't be written down for her TV Series "How I Met Your Mother". About that matter, she explained, "It had been discussed whether or not they would write it in, and they had the opportunity to, but just working with babies for one week confirmed it's a good thing they're not writing it in," adding, "Babies are hard to work with!"
Report on Hannigan's pregnancy was first made public by People, back in October last year, after being informed by her representative. Shortly thereafter, Alexis Denisof told reporters that he and Hannigan have found out the sex of their upcoming baby, but declined to mention it.
