The expecting couple was photographed holding hands as they made their way out of the Toscana Italian restaurant in Brentwood, Calif.

While Christina has been tight-lipped on her much-publicized pregnancy, celebrity pal Paris Hilton has made the impending motherhood public when she addressed the pop star "the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world" while attending the packed Aguilera-hosted party at LAX Nightclub in the Luxor on Saturday, September 8th.
In other Christina news, she's been slated to perform a duet with music legend Tony Bennett on this Sunday's Emmy Awards show on FOX.
