Jamelia has split from her soccer star boyfriend Darren Byfield after three years together.

It's over between Jamelia and her boyfriend Darren Byfield. The British pop star and soccer star have decided to go separate ways after three years together.
British newspaper the Daily Mirror reports Jamelia and her two children have moved out of the couple's shared home in Kent, England, and returned to her family in Birmingham.
"It's over and they are devastated. They tried to make it work but the romance fizzled out. She simply hasn't been happy since rumors of Darren cheating emerged, but has always believed he is innocent," a source told the publication.
Both Jamelia and Darren denied newspaper reports last year that he cheated on her with glamor model Jaclyn Evans.
However, "Things have never been the same since the rumors in January. Jamelia was depressed and spent more and more time in Birmingham," the same source revealed. A spokesperson for the couple, meanwhile, confirmed "Jamelia and Darren have sadly parted but it is an amicable split."
Jamelia and Darren have one daughter together Tiani Byfield who was born on Oct 21, 2005. She also has another daughter, Teja, from a previous relationship.
