Releasing "Speaker" to give first impact, David Banner is ready to release the full length-version. The rapper's fifth studio album "The Greatest Story Ever Told" will be dropped October 9 via SRC/Universal Motown.
Beside working with Snoop Dogg, Akon and Lil Wayne in the first single "Speaker", Banner also tied collaboration with Cool & Dre, UGK, Chris Brown, Jim Jones and Nitti. He also got behind the panel himself claiming that he "likes to change music".
“Everybody wants to hear the hits and I got ‘em,” said Banner of the new record. “But I wouldn’t be calling it ‘The Greatest Story’ if it also wasn’t truthful. My fans know I’m going to be telling it straight-up however I’m coming.”
Banner will be one of the performers to present live tour Rock the Bells that has started since July 26. Others joining him are Wu-Tang Clan, Rage Against the Machine, Pharoahe Monch, Slum Village, Jedi Mind Tricks and many others.
