Rumors are swirling that the on-again off-again couple has called it quit. "They have broken up," a source close to Jess told People. "But they have broken up and gotten back together at least 10 times before."
Jess is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival in France, promoting her latest big screen comedy "Major Movie Star" and the source said she's still in contact with him.
"They talk to each other at least six times a day. I don't know if this breakup is permanent, but for right now they are broken up," the source was quoted as saying, adding that both Jess and Mayer have "been emailing and talking to each other" since she went to Cannes.
And while Jess' friend tend to believe "they'll get back together," what about you?
