Kevin Federline and his lawyer plan to be in court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing, reportedly regarding custody of his two sons with Britney Spears.

Notwithstanding with all the bad publication, Kevin Federline does know how to be the right man in the right time and place. The man, who is the father of Britney Spears' two children Sean Preston and Jayden James, hit hard right to the target. The failed rapper is about to go to court Thursday Feb 22nd, reportedly for an emergency hearing regarding custody of his two sons with Spears.
K-Fed and his lawyers are scheduled to appear in court within hours, early morning on Thursday. It is believed Kevin will be going to court to re-negotiate the custody agreement he reached with Spears, which had been extended from January and will come to an end next week.
A Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman says Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at a downtown L-A courthouse for an emergency hearing, though it is not known what issue Federline plans to raise. "Our best information is he will be here; she won't," the spokesman said while adding "But anything is possible." In the meantime, Federline's attorney couldn't be reached for comment.
His going to court for an emergency hearing surely is a threat for Spears who, judging from her bad behavior in the past few weeks, may lose the tots.
