Jason Hoppy's lawyer says the former 'Real Housewives of New York City' star is still technically married to her ex Jason as they have been embroiled in a nasty divorce battle.

AceShowbiz - U.S. reality TV star Bethenny Frankel's estranged husband has assured her fans she's not newly-married as he and the "Real Housewives" star are not yet divorced.
Fans read too much into an overnight tweet, in which Bethenny hinted she had secretly wed boyfriend Paul Bernon.
She confirmed she was walking away from "The Real Housewives of New York City" after eight seasons on Thursday night, August 22, calling herself the only cast member "that is actually married."
The 48-year-old entrepreneur's update stunned fans, who thought she had wed again, but it has since been made clear her bitter divorce battle with Jason Hoppy is ongoing - and therefore she's not free to tie the knot.
His lawyer, Robert Wallack, tells the New York Post, "Jason and Bethenny are still technically married. While Jason has been pushing for years to have the judge sign the divorce judgment, Bethenny’s lawyers have objected."
The former couple, which married in 2010 and separated in 2012, has been waging a public battle for custody of their nine-year-old daughter Brynn for more than seven years.
Bethenny was previously engaged to Dennis Shields, who died of an apparent drug overdose last summer (18).
