'NCIS: Los Angeles' to Fire Main Detective
October 28, 2011 03:10:49Prepare to bid goodbye to one of main characters on "NCIS: Los Angeles" in the next few weeks. Executive producer Shane Brennan has spilled the beans that in episode 10 of season 3, Hetty will axe one member of her team after an assignment gone wrong.
"Hetty drags out the dreadful chopping block, sharpens the blade, and she takes off Deeks' head - figuratively," Brennan jokingly says, before confirming that it is [SPOILER ALERT!] Marty Deeks who will leave the Office of Special Projects Team as saying, "Yes, Deeks is fired."

'NCIS: LA' Promo Reveals the First Victim in Season 3
August 30, 2011 03:08:19One major character on "NCIS: Los Angeles" will take a bullet in early season 3 and the identity is revealed in the promo for the first episode. As seen in the video, [SPOILER ALERT!] Henrietta "Hetty" Lange (Linda Hunt) gets shot to prove that she is willing to do anything to save her team.
The team then travels to Romania to search for Hetty and save her, but they are being tracked and clueless about whom they are up against. At the same time, Callen (Chris O'Donnell) discovers new information about his past.

Police Called to the Set of 'NCIS: Los Angeles'
July 15, 2010 09:07:53Filming on "NCIS: Los Angeles" was interrupted by real cops on Tuesday, July 13 after a man carrying a replica lightsaber infiltrated the set and screamed at cast members. Stars, including rapper LL Cool J, were shooting scenes for the hit U.S. show in Venice, California when an unidentified man swooped on the makeshift set with the weapon and began shouting at the cast and crew.
Police were called to the scene and the man was handcuffed so the shoot could continue, according to TMZ.com. He was later released and no charges will be filed against him, reports the website.

Preview of 'NCIS: Los Angeles' 1.10: 'Brimstone'
December 09, 2009 04:12:18The NCIS team will have to solve the murder of a Marine who is killed by an explosive device planted on his cell phone when "NCIS: Los Angeles" returns to CBS next Tuesday, December 15. Titled "Brimstone", the series' upcoming 1.10 episode will, moreover, witness the team races to find the remaining men of the Marine's former EOD (explosive ordnance disposal) unit before another deadly explosion kills someone else.
"NCIS: Los Angeles", which is a spin-off of "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service", was premiered on CBS on September 22, 2009 and has been given a full-season pickup by the network starting in October. The season was extended again on November 4, 2009, when CBS announced its order for an additional two episodes.

Unlike the original series, "NCIS: Los Angeles" will not pick up a ghostly storyline. Instead, the episode called "Killshot" follows the investigation of a United States citizen of North Korean descent murder. The secrets to classified software are thought to be lost until NCIS uncovers a suspect from Director Vance's past. Through the promo, it is revealed that Pauley Perrette aka Abby in "NCIS" will make a cameo.

'NCIS: Los Angeles' Gets Theme Song From LL Cool J
September 12, 2009 01:09:44Starring as one of the leads on "NCIS: Los Angeles" is not enough for LL Cool J that he has to write a song for it. The rapper turned movie star has crafted a new song titled "NCIS: No Crew Is Superior", which is inspired by his role as Special Agent Sam Hanna in the series, together with Grammy-winning producer C. "Tricky" Stewart.
"This song is the musical interpretation of what I felt after meeting with NCIS agents, experienced Marines and Navy Seals," said LL in a press release. "It represents the collective energy in the room. I was so inspired I wrote the song on set."
