The see-through dress that wore at Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards has been spoofed by "". On Tuesday, June 3, TBS posted a photo of the animated show's character Peter Griffin wearing the controversial dress.

In the picture, Peter Griffin wears the same sheer and glitzy costume that Rihanna donned to the awards event, showing his nipples and all. "That awkward moment when you and your bestie are wearing the same thing. #OneOfUsNeedsToChange," read a caption of the image.

The official synopsis of the episode reads, "When Carter Pewterschmidt cancels the annual Quahog Christmas carnival, because he hates the holiday, Peter must transform his father-in-law from a Scrooge into a hometown hero in order to salvage the event. Meanwhile, Stewie devises a master plan to get the one and only thing he wants for Christmas."

'Family Guy' Fans Launch Petition to Resurrect Recently Deceased Character

The recent death on "" is not accepted well by fans. After 11 seasons, it's apparently hard for fans to bid farewell [SPOILER ALERT!] to the Griffins' pet dog, Brian, as they petition against the talking dog's death.

Since it was created on early Monday, November 25, the Change.org petition has collected more than 19,000 signatures. Petition organizer Aaron Thompson of Tuscaloosa wrote, "Brian Griffin was an important part of our viewing experince. He added a witty and sophisticated element to the show. Family Guy and Fox Broadcasting will lose viewers if Brian Griffin is not brought back to the show."

One of the most shocking TV events happened on Sunday, November 24 when "" decided to eliminate a major character for good. [Spoiler Warning] Brian the family dog was hit by a car in the episode called "Life of Brian" and died. Producers thought "it could be a fun way to shake things up."

The episode began with Stewie destroying his time machine, meaning he didn't have a chance to save his best friend. There was not much time to grieve the death of Brian for it occurred within the first 20 minutes and the Griffins have adopted a new pet by the end of the episode.

In the wake of Boston Marathon bombings, a "" clip surfaced online suggesting that the show predicted the attack. The footage, which has been confirmed as an Internet hoax, mashes up unrelated scenes from a March 17 episode of the FOX animated series to make it as if the show depicted the bombings.

Responding to the senseless act, series creator took to Twitter to condemn it. "The edited Family Guy clip currently circulating is abhorrent," he wrote on Tuesday, April 16. "The event was a crime and a tragedy, and my thoughts are with the victims."

Called Nielsen Twitter TV Rating, the new audience metric will enhance the social TV analytics and metrics available today from SocialGuide by adding the first-ever measurement of the total audience for social TV activity.

The shooting massacre in Connecticut prompted FOX to pull this upcoming Sunday, December 16 episodes of "" and "". The network did not give a reason but it's most likely they want to avoid airing any insensitive content following the Friday incident at Sandy Hook elementary school in Newtown, CT.

The new episodes of "Family Guy" and "American Dad!" will be replaced by repeats of "Grumpy Old Man" and "Wheels & The Legman and The Case of Grandpa's Key" respectively. In the "30 Rock" viral, Stewie expresses his disappointment of Brian planning to vote for the NBC comedy, saying "Really you like that guy with sayings on his head, the hat guy?" Stewie is referring to "30 Rock" character Frank who has many caps with writings like "Ninja Expert". While beating Brian, Stewie said "I don't wanna watch an extra Kenneth scene on the Internet". But the baby ended it with "It'd probably win though."
