Synopsis
The firing of her colleagues, Grace's refusal to go to school, and an overflowing emergency room full of patients redirected from another hospital push Jackie to finally seize control of the E.R. and run it her way; a stressed Cruz suffers a pulmonary episode and has to be admitted by Coop.
