Principal Franklin is fired after appearing as a guest on iCarly and is replaced by Mr. Howard, the math teacher, and Miss Briggs, the English teacher as co-principals. The changes they make then cause big problems to the whole school, such as punishing students who judges them. Angered, Carly, Sam, and Freddie then set up a scheme to get Franklin his job back with help from other students. Meanwhile, Spencer hires a rodeo star to teach him how to ride a mechanical bull.
