The final seven chefs have just completed an individual challenge in which they each attempted to impress Chef Ramsay with their outstanding culinary creations. It has come down to Jon's mahi-mahi and Cyndi's halibut. Jon wins and is safe from elimination for one more day.

With another dinner service just hours away, the unified women's team is fired up, but the men's team is not. Zach is very quiet in the kitchen, which worries his fellow players. He takes a time out upstairs, and the Blue Team tries to get by without him. Jon and Anthony are left alone to prep.

Before the dining room opens, Chef Ramsay informs the cook that TV host/actress Maria Menounos will be sitting at the Blue Team's chef's table. Actor Jeremy Sisto will also be dining tonight and will be served by the Red Kitchen.

It's up to Anthony on fish and Jon on appetizers to get their team off to a strong start. The scallops are perfect and a hit with the special guests.

In the Red Kitchen, Mary on fish and Cyndi on appetizers seem to be working well together and are getting food out to the diners. But when Mary forgets the lobster tails, they fall behind, although they quickly adjust and are able to get back in the groove.

The men are doing their best to stay in sync, but Jon delivers bland risotto and sets out to remake it. In the Red Kitchen, despite sloppy work, appetizers for the chef's table are well received.

Both teams are about halfway through delivering their apps, but the men hit a stumbling block when they bring undercooked lobster tail to the pass. Chef Ramsay tells Anthony he's the weak link in the chain. Anthony bounces back, and both teams complete the apps.

Zach is ready to show he's rock-solid on meat, and Anthony is looking for redemption on the fish station. But when communication breaks down, the men can't deliver food to the diners.

Susan delivers beautifully cooked lamb for the women, and entrees are moving briskly out of the Red Kitchen. In the Blue Kitchen, Zach also finally gets some entrees to the diners.

All is going well for the women until Ja'Nel cuts herself and needs to leave to see the medic. Meanwhile, the Blue Team continues to push out entrees. When Anthony delivers raw halibut, Chef Ramsay pulls him out of the kitchen for a one-on-one in the walk-in.

In the Red Kitchen, Ja'Nel is back and trying to catch up, but she is lagging behind in delivering her garnishes. She bounces back, and the VIPs get their entrees.

Anthony also makes a comeback, delivering perfectly cooked halibut. But when Zach brings raw Wellington to the pass, he has no backup beef prepared. Making more will hold up the kitchen 20 minutes. Chef Ramsay resorts to desperate measures and takes extra Wellington from the women.

Back in the Red Kitchen, the women have completed their entrees and are ready to move on to desserts. With just two tickets left, Zach overcooks the lamb, and Chef Ramsay takes over his station. The remaining diners finally get their food.

After Hell's Kitchen closes, Chef Ramsay chooses the Red Team as the clear winners. Since the Blue Team has just three members and Jon has immunity, he must nominate one of the other players to send home.

The women must choose a member to switch to the Blue Team to even out the numbers. None of the women want to switch teams, but Ja'Nel offers to make the move.

After a difficult deliberation, Jon nominates Anthony to be eliminated. Chef Ramsay agrees and asks Anthony for his chef's jacket.
