Gary's half brother Mitch (guest star Rob Riggle from The Daily Show) shows up on his doorstep and brings out the maternal side in Gary usually reserved for Allison. Tasked with making sure Tom finishes his book report on Herbert Hoover, Mitch takes him to visit the Hoover dam, but some car trouble lands them in Vegas.
