Simon is nominated for the prestigious Advertising Impact Award for Creative of the Year, as is Sydney's high school crush, Josh Hayes. Despite the recognition, Simon begins to fear how much he's aging. Lewis, Roberts&Roberts throw a celebratory cocktail party for all the Impact nominees and Sydney and Josh are reunited, but it doesn't have the outcome Sydney was expecting. Lauren pitches an idea for Simon's award campaign that is so good it gets stolen.
