Conda, Jeremy and Kim are stunned when the doors to the gym open, and in stroll the 14 previously eliminated contestants. Mike in particular looks like he made amazing progress in his journey to health at home. Alison explains that yes, there are a few faces missing. To be clear, if a contestant quits the game, they're not eligible to return for a chance at the third and last spot in the finals. Jeremy decides he's going to be the guy to beat. Conda still insists that by rights, the third spot in the finals should have gone to Jeremy. Of course, Alison has a challenge to determine the third finalist, and it's going to start right now!

First, the contestants will weigh in, in reverse order of their elimination. Jeremy's first, since he already weighed in this evening. Since America first met Jeremy, he's lost 150 pounds, or 38.96% of his total body weight. Chris is up next. Last time she saw the scale, she gained two pounds. When she first started, she weight 244 - and now she weighs 166 - 74 pounds lost at 30.83%. Megan has lost a total of 70 pounds during her time on the show at 27.03%. Her mom Kimmy has dropped 65 pounds at 29.68%, putting her ahead of her daughter on the leader board. Emily lost 89 pounds at 33.71%, which puts her in second place right below Jeremy. A deliriously happy Cassandra weighs in at 158, which means 81 pounds lost or 33.89% - now she's in second!

Chism started the show at 361, and he now weighs 265. He's lost 96 pounds at 26.59%, which puts him at the bottom of the list. Daphne's current weight is 204 pounds - that's 67 pounds gone at 24.72%. Alison reminds everyone that the top eight will remain in the game. That means with each successive weigh-in, someone will be safe, and someone will fall below the red line. Roy's up next. In order to stay in the game, he'll have to have lost a total of 75 pounds. Roy started at 306 and he's down to 227, having lost 79 pounds. Cassandra is definitely in the top eight, and Daphne is definitely below the red line, so it's time for her to go home. Luckily, she knows her journey won't stop here and now.

Adrian is back, sporting a baby blue foulard to match his team shirt. He started his journey at 370 pounds. He'll need to have lost more than 95 pounds to stay in the game, but he's only lost 79. He's proud of his number even if he is going home. His life is great right now. This is good news for Emily, who's definitely back in the game. Nancy started the show at 217 pounds, and she has lost 49 at 22.58% - which puts her out of the game. Gail's up next. She'll need to have lost more than 83 pounds, and she just misses the mark by 10, so she's out and Kimmy's in. Gail's daughter Lauren started the show at 249, and her current weight is 172 - a 74-pound loss. She hasn't seen this weight since high school! At 30.08%, she's in the game, and Roy's out.

There are only two people left to weigh in, and Mike's up next. He started the show at 358, and he'll need to have lost more than 95 to stay in the game. Mike blows his goal weight away at 114 pounds at 31.84%. Dolvett remarks that Mike is an inspiration, having taken off all that weight on his own. Sadly Mike's good fortune pushes Chism below the red line. Ben's last to weigh in, which means it's either him or Megan. Buddy's brother Ben left the ranch in Week 1, asking the other contestants to vote him off. He started the show at 396, and will have to have lost more than 107 to move to the next round of the challenge. Ben has lost a very respectable 99 pounds - he's now in the 200s! He thanks the show on behalf of himself, Buddy and their families.

Alison bids the contestants good night. The next phase of the challenge starts tomorrow. Conda gives a dejected Jeremy a pep talk. Jeremy feels like he already earned his spot in the finals - now he's going to have to participate in the challenge for a chance at what he feels he already earned. He tells Conda that he doesn't want to talk about it, and he wants to be alone to give himself some time to be mad.

The next day, Jeremy, Lauren and Mike find Dolvett in the kitchen, getting ready to make some turkey sandwiches - which he insists are going to be very interesting. Afterwards, it's time to work out. Dolvett takes the members of his original Red Team back to the gym: Jeremy, Mike, Kimmy, Kim and Lauren. Right off the bat, he can tell something's bothering Jeremy. Dolvett counsels Jeremy to put his frustrations behind him. He's got to trust the process. Jeremy's a fighter, and fighters don't quit; they don't whine or complain. It's time to shake it off and keep going. Meanwhile, Bob takes Emily, Cassandra, Megan, Chris and Conda to the prison yard for a killer workout. This is do or die: one of the eight eliminated contestants will be a finalist!

That night, the contestants meet Alison at the spot where they competed in their very first challenge, outside the ranch gates. Since Chris hasn't been medically cleared to participate, she no longer has a shot at the finals. Now it's time for the second round of the challenge: a 100-yard dash. Cassandra placed second the first time around, so she's feeling confident and quickly pulls to the front of the pack. Cassandra comes in first, followed by Lauren and Megan. Jeremy just squeaks by Kimmy, which means he's in, and Kimmy and Emily are out.

The next phase of the challenge involves a puzzle, again just like their first challenge. This puzzle will be a little more complicated. They'll match a list of foods with their calorie count. Going in, Mike's feeling confident, since he does a lot of cooking. Jeremy has never been much of a cook, so he applies logic. He's the first one to compete his puzzle, but he's got three wrong, so he's got to start again. Mike is the first one to finish his puzzle correctly, so he's moving onto the final round. With two spots left, Jeremy keeps rearranging his pieces and pressing his buttons, but it takes about 10 times before he takes the second spot. Now it's between Megan, Cassandra and Lauren, who are feeling the pressure. Ultimately, it's Lauren who moves to the next round.

Jeremy figures that the final phase of the challenge will be a test of endurance, just like last time, and he's right. Jeremy, Lauren and Mike will each stand on a post, with their hands holding a ticket to the finale. Jeremy decides he's going to keep talking trash, trying to shake Mike and Lauren's concentration. At one point, Alison remarks that he's been talking for 50 minutes straight. At the two-hour mark, it's getting real cold. Alison announces it's time to go to one hand only. At the two hours and 20 minutes, the contestants move to one foot. Finally, Jeremy has nothing to say, as he tries not to wobble. After 10 minutes, Lauren remarks that she feels nauseous, and indeed, she looks very pale. Finally, she takes a header onto the mat below her pole.

Now it's down to Jeremy and Mike, and both of them are determined not to quit. By this point, Kim and Conda, who have been sitting on the sidelines, are covered in blankets. Finally Mike puts his second foot back on the pole at over two hours and 45 minutes. Conda throws off her blankets and starts crying as Jeremy runs into her arms. Mike gives everyone a big hug and jogs through the gates to the ranch - he'll be back for the finale next week. Jeremy couldn't be happier to have earned his spot in the finals. He and Conda hop into one limo, Kim gets into another and heads home to Roswell, Georgia, to hook up with her kids... and is that hot dude her boyfriend?

Conda and Jeremy are returning to their high school to tell their community about their journey. They're convinced that one of them is going to be The Biggest Loser. Kim tells her big crowd of people that she's been visualizing this day since she first came to the ranch! She's been working all this time to come home and see her family, in hopes they would be proud of her.
